Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because we sell food and personal items, some rules keep everyone safe.
Food, spices & opened items
For health and safety reasons, food items, spices, oils, flours, and any opened personal-care products cannot be returned once they have shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Non-food items (apparel & crafts)
Unworn, unused apparel and crafts in their original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
