Where we ship

We ship from our store in North Texas across the United States, and internationally to Canada, Australia, and Europe. Choose your destination under “Ship to” in your cart to see the shipping cost for your country.

Shipping rates

We ship with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes and charge exactly what USPS charges us — no markup. Your cart picks the smallest box your order fits in, and very large orders ship in more than one box. The exact cost is always shown before you pay. Current USPS box prices within the United States:

• Small Flat Rate Box — $13.65
• Medium Flat Rate Box — $24.80
• Large Flat Rate Box — $34.00

International orders ship with USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate, which is one price worldwide — the same for Canada, Australia, and Europe:

• Small Flat Rate Box — $33.75
• Medium Flat Rate Box — $61.80
• Large Flat Rate Box — $75.15

Processing & delivery

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Within the U.S., USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–5 business days after it ships. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.

International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks after they ship, depending on the destination and local customs. Any customs fees or import duties charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Wholesale and bulk items (such as cases of Akabanga) are not shipped at the flat rate above, because freight depends on the size, weight, and destination of the order. For wholesale, please contact us and we will prepare a shipping quote for you.
